EASTON, Pa. – The East Stroudsburg University tennis team concluded its Fall 2024 season with a 7-0 loss to NCAA Division I Lafayette on Friday at Leopards Courts.
The Warriors (3-2) saw their three-match winning streak snapped by the Leopards (1-0), who won their first dual match of the season.
Notables
- ESU completes the fall portion of its schedule with its most wins since the 2018-19 season and looks to build on that in the spring.
- Claudia Ermina and Gianina Speranza suffered their first doubles dual-match loss, finishing the fall with a 4-1 record in duals and a 4-3 overall record at No. 2 doubles.
- The match was part of Lafayette's Breast Cancer Foundation event, with both teams wearing pink.
