BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Participating in its first ITA Regional since 2009, East Stroudsburg University tennis' Louise Boyer-Vidal and Ariel Kessick opened the competition with a doubles win on Thursday at the Burt Reese Tennis Center.

Boyer-Vidal and Kelsick defeated West Chester's Gabriella Lerario dos Santos and Ashley Grooms, 6-3 in their opening round matchup.

The duo were eliminated from the main bracket in their next match by Charleston's Filippa Larsson and Sofiia Krasikova (6-0).

In singles action, Boyer-Vidal dropped her opening match to Teddi Isherwood of California (Pa.) (6-1, 6-1). Kelsick fell to Frostburg State's Alyssa Kush (6-2, 7-6).
