EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. -- The East Stroudsburg men's and women's cross country teams are set for the 2025 NCAA DII Atlantic Region Championship, hosted by Lock Haven, on Saturday at the West Branch Cross Country Course.
The women's team opens the Atlantic Region Championship at 10:30 a.m. with the women's 6K, followed by the men's 10K at 11:45 a.m.
The top three men's and women's teams will receive automatic bids, while the top-5 finishers or top-2 finishers not on a qualifying team will also earn automatic bids.

The women's team had a historic run at the 2025 PSAC Championship as they claimed the title for the first time in program history. Last season, ESU placed third at the Atlantic Region Championship and placed two in the top 15 to qualify for the NCAA Championship. In the latest region rankings by USTFCCCA, the women's team were ranked second behind Davis and Elkins in first.
The men's team were runner-ups at the 2025 PSAC Championship and are currently ranked fourth in the regional rankings by USTFCCCA. At last year's Atlantic Region Championship, ESU placed seventh and placed three runners in the top 50.
