EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — After a 16-3 regular season and PSAC Tournament semifinals appearance, the East Stroudsburg field hockey team is looking ahead to the NCAA Division II selection show at 9:30 p.m. tonight.
The Warriors are expected to make their 10th consecutive NCAA Division II Tournament appearance dating back to 2015, their 13th total at their current level. ESU has won the national title twice in 2015 and 2022. In the last NCAA Atlantic Region rankings that came out on Nov. 2, the Warriors were ranked third behind Kutztown and Newberry and ahead of Shippensburg and West Chester.
The Warriors finished the season as the second seed in the Pennsylvanica State Athletic Conference, falling in the conference semifinals to the eventual champion Shippensburg, 4-3. To tune in to the selection show, visit the
