EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — The Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) revealed its Super Region 1 First and Second Teams today, as Ashton Blose and Everette Dingle were ESU's two honorees on the Second Team.
 
Blose earned his first All-Region nod after a junior season where he was first in the PSAC East with 8.5 sacks and 11.5 tackles for loss. Blose was named to the All-PSAC East First Team and was named Defensive Athlete of the Week for the division twice this season. Blose is the third defensive lineman in program history to earn All-Region honors, joining Deshawn McCarthy (2021) Bryan Thomson (2012, 2014) as the only other Warriors to accomplish the feat.
 
Dingle was named to last year's Super Region 1 First Team last season, making his second appearance on an All-Region team. Dingle, a two-time All-PSAC East safety, recorded two interceptions and was named the PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Week in mid-September. Dingle is the first safety in ESU history to be named to multiple All-Region teams and the first Warrior since Matt Freed to make back-to-back Super Region 1 teams.
 
This is the first time since 2015-16 that ESU has earned back-to-back Super Region honors, and also the first time since 2015 multiple Warriors were named to All-Region teams. The D2CCA promotes Division II athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as key elements of higher education. It serves as a communication link among member conferences, shaping policies and regulations that impact Division II intercollegiate athletics in partnership with the NCAA.
