STROUDSBURG, Pa. -- The No. 2 East Stroudsburg University softball team concluded the 2026 season in the NCAA Atlantic Regional, falling to No. 3 Kutztown 8-2 on Saturday at Creekview Park.
The Warriors finished the season with a 38-21 overall record, earning their fourth straight NCAA Regional appearance and finishing as the PSAC Softball Tournament runners-up.
ESU scored first in the opening inning and added another run in the seventh, while Kutztown took control with a three-run fourth inning and four more runs in the sixth.
Tulana Mingin and Katie Master each scored for ESU. In the first inning, Mingin led off with a single down the left field line before advancing on a sacrifice bunt. She then scored on a throwing error by the shortstop during Megan Chroniger's at bat. In the seventh inning, Master singled to right center and advanced to third on Maddy Pritchard's base hit before scoring on Brennan Corr's RBI single to centerfield, 8-2.
