EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — The ESU women's lacrosse team is heading overseas, leaving the Poconos for Portugal, to compete in the 2026 Lisboa Lacrosse Cup.
 
Held in Lisbon, Portugal, the Warriors cross the Atlantic on July 1 for the two-day tournament beginning on July 4. The Lisboa Lacrosse Cup is holding its 10^th tournament since 2016, and has featured over 2,900 players from all across the world. Teams will play a minimum of five games each, with round-robin competition taking place on Saturday, July 4, and playoffs wrapping up the tournament on Sunday, July 5.
