2024 Season Highlights: Allyson Forman closed out a standout collegiate career with a stellar senior season, starting all 19 games and tallying career highs with 8 goals, 8 assists, and 24 total points. The dynamic midfielder led the team in total points while maintaining a .296 shooting percentage and placing 16 of her 27 shots on goal.
Forman’s offensive spark ignited in a thrilling 5-4 win at Adelphi (Sept. 22), where she netted 2 goals on a season-high 6 shots. She posted multi-point performances in four different matches, including a 4-point outing against STAC (Sept. 17) where she added 2 assists. A clinical finisher and sharp distributor, Forman delivered production in both transition and set-piece scenarios, while her experience provided a stabilizing force in the Warriors’ midfield. Allyson Forman was named an NFCA Scholar of Distinction and a PSAC Scholar-Athlete.
Junior (2023) (Season Stats): Played in all 21 games ... recorded a goal vs. Adelphi (9/5) and assist vs. Roberts Wesleyan (9/22) ... contributed to ESU's 2023 PSAC Championship and NCAA Division II National Runner-Up finish.
Sophomore (2022) (Season Stats): Played in 22 games for the Warriors ... scored two goals and provided two assists for six points ... scored game winning goal against Slippery Rock (9/17) ... contributed to the Warriors' 2022 PSACÂ Championship and NCAA Division II National Championship..Â

Background: Played for five years on the varsity team at Commack High School, served as the team captain … named All-Division as a freshman and sophomore … earned All-County honors as a junior and was an All-State selection as a senior … Commack’s top point scorer during her five years … named a top-25 player on Long Island by her hometown newspaper (NewsDay) … honored with the Exceptional Senior Award …  English Honor Society board member and Spanish Honor Society member … earned the Golden Key award, Town of Huntington Scholar Athlete award and Cougar Achievement award … graduated with cum laude … majoring in exercise science.
