JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – East Stroudsburg University scored three goals in the opening 15 minutes and kept adding on for the remainder of the contest, ultimately posting an 8-1 victory at Pitt-Johnstown on Friday.
The Warriors (8-4, 5-3 PSAC) netted their most goals since a 12-0 win over Lincoln to begin the 2008 season. Twelve different players totaled at least one point on the afternoon.

Bjorquist's marker was his first of the season, while Enowbi tallied his team-leading seventh strike of the season. The Warriors had 19 of the game's 21 shots in the opening 45 minutes of play.

Matthew West netted his first collegiate goal to open up the scoring in the second half. Sophomore
Anton Lysell finished things off for the visitors with a pair of goals in the final 20 minutes.
Adan Cabrera-Perez scored the lone goal for the Mountain Cats (2-10, 0-7 PSAC) in the 60th minute.

The victory kept the Warriors in the thick of the conference playoff race. ESU's 15 points are currently tied with Shippensburg for third place in the 12-team PSAC standings. The top six qualify for postseason play.
ESU returns to Eiler-Martin Stadium on Sunday, hosting Bloomsburg (6-7, 3-4 PSAC) in another conference tilt at 1 p.m.
