ESU All-PSAC History (PDF)

EAST STROUDSBURG – Senior offensive tackle Michael Fleming earned his fourth straight All-PSAC East honor with his first spot on the first team, redshirt senior tailback Jaymar Anderson repeated on the first team, and redshirt senior free safety Billy Inge III was named to the second team, giving East Stroudsburg University three all-conference representatives for the 2018 football season.

Fleming (Easton, Pa./Easton) becomes the first four-time All-PSAC offensive lineman since 2007, and the first in the eastern division since 2003. California offensive tackle Tim McCutcheon was honored from 2004-07, and in the east, Bloomsburg offensive guard Chris Mullin was honored from 2000-03.

Fleming started 39 games at tackle for the Warriors – the last 31, including 17 straight, at left tackle, preceded by eight starts at right tackle to finish his true freshman season in 2015. He only missed two starts due to injury in his career.

He was one of two selections from the PSAC on the Campbell Trophy national semifinal list, selected by the National Football Foundation, honoring academic and athletic achievement.

Fleming, named second team in each of the last three seasons, is the first ESU offensive tackle named to the first team since Morgan Thomas in 2009, and the first Warriors offensive lineman named first team since guard Seve Rivers in 2012.

He is the 11th four-time All-PSAC East selection at any position in program history.

Anderson (Philadelphia, Pa./West Windsor-Plainsboro North [N.J.]) was limited to just six complete games due to injury but earned a repeat selection to the All-PSAC East first team. After missing the season opener at No. 8 Ferris State, he ran for 239 yards and tied a PSAC record with six rushing touchdowns in a 41-34 win vs. Seton Hill in his first action of the year.

Anderson was second in the PSAC and seventh in NCAA Division II in rushing (135.3 ypg) through seven weeks before suffering a season-ending injury early in ESU's game vs. eventual PSAC champion West Chester on October 20.

He finished the year with 142 carries for 817 yards and nine touchdowns, with 100 yards in four of his first six starts – 239 yards and six TD vs. Seton Hill, 132 yards and two TD vs. Lock Haven, 117 yards vs. Kutztown and 175 yards and a TD at Bloomsburg.

He set ESU's career record for rushing yards per game (102.2), with 1,942 yards and 17 TD in 19 games. He eclipsed the 100-yard mark in 10 of his 18 career starts. In 2017, he ran for 1,046 yards and seven TD, ranking third in the PSAC with 95.3 rushing yards per game.

Anderson is ESU's sixth running back to earn multiple first team All-PSAC East honors and gives ESU a first team running back for the fourth straight year. His selections in 2017 and 2018 follow record-setting Robert Healy in 2015 and 2016.

Inge (Williamstown, N.J./Williamstown) led ESU with 76 tackles and ranked tied for third in the PSAC with five interceptions, along with notching three forced fumbles, in his second season as the starter at free safety.

He had two interceptions and two forced fumbles to earn PSAC East Defensive Player of the Week vs. West Chester, and added interceptions vs. Seton Hill, at Edinboro and late in ESU's 23-17 win at Clarion in the season finale last Saturday. He returned his second interception vs. West Chester for a 20-yard touchdown.

Inge tied ESU's career record with nine forced fumbles, coming in just 20 games and 19 starts. He had 142 career tackles and six interceptions.
