LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- Despite building a 2-0 lead early, the East Stroudsburg University men's soccer team fell behind after three consecutive Lock Haven goals, but the Warriors tallied the equalizing goal during the 78th minute to draw with the Bald Eagles, 3-3.

How it Happened
  • 11:33 | It was ESU that struck first. Colby Raymond would send a shot past the goalkeeper, but the ball hit the post. Turocy would hit the carom off the post to the left of the keeper and into the net.
  • 16:59 | Just over five minutes later, Turocy would steal possession away in ESU's offensive end. Looking for his second goal of the first half, he drove towards the goal and fired a shot at the approaching LHU goalkeeper. The ball went high into the air, as a Bald Eagle defender would attempt to clear the ball out of the zone with a header, but Marques came flying in and redirected the ball into the goal.
  • 19:55 | LHU quickly responded to the two-goal deficit. On a free kick, to the left side, Mazella was able to get a hand on a hard shot, but the ball would head back to LHU. Andrea DiSomma would clean up a shot off the cross bar from Beckham Sibiski heading into the goal to make it a 2-1 contest.
  • 32:08 | The Bald Eagles would tally a goal off of a corner kick to tie the contest at 2-2. Sibiski found Samuel Hershey with a header, Hershey executed the cotner with a goal to the right side.
  • 46:55 | A few minutes into the second half, Hershey perfectly headed a pass to a running Zane Puhala. Puhala was able to gain possession with no defenders in front of him, and got a shot off just prior to Mazella preventing a shot. The ball trickled into the lower right part of the net.
  • 78:13 | The Warriors were able to respond, as Nuredini sent a corner to the far side. Turocy was able to head on it, resulting in a goal past the Bald Eagle keeper.
