SHEPHERDSTOWN, W. Va. -- With a goal from Abdullah Nuredini in the 80th minute, the East Stroudsburg University men's soccer team defeated Shepherd, 1-0, on Saturday afternoon at the Shepherd University Soccer Complex. 
ESU is now winner of two consecutive contests and are unbeaten in three matches in October to improve to 5-4-1 and 3-1-1 in the PSAC. The Rams fall to 1-10, 0-6 in the PSAC East. 
Notables
	- Nuredini's goal was his first as a Warrior. The Cal U transfer has five points on the goal and three assists this season.
- The Warriors led 11-6 on shots and 5-0 on shots on goal. 
- ESU's GK Raymond Fortebuono now has back-to-back shutouts in his only action this season. 
- Shepherd's Billy Wood made four saves in goal.
- ESU also led in corner kicks by a mark of 6-0. 
- Three yellow cards were issued to Shepherd, while ESU was handed one yellow card.
