CENTER VALLEY – The East Stroudsburg University women's cross country got one final chance to compete prior to the PSAC Championships with a seventh place finish in the team standings at the DeSales Invitational.
The Warriors were led by sophomore Keely Arndt and senior Kylie Stangle for the third time this fall. After missing last week's meet, Arndt finished 16th with time of 24:10.5 and Stangle was right behind in 17th after clocking a time of 24:11.7. The next best finishes for ESU were freshman Alycia Smith in 62nd after clocking a time of 25:26.2 and senior Kaylene Raczka in 77th (26:28.2).
Freshman Jada Williams rounded out the scoring finishes for the Warriors in 81st (26:33.2) and junior Samantha Brawner was 91st with a time of 26:55.3.
ESU has an off week to prep before traveling to Kutztown for the PSAC Championships on Friday, Oct. 22.
