BROCKPORT, N.Y. –The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) announced on Wednesday that 10 members of the East Stroudsburg University field hockey team were recognized as Scholars of Distinction.
The
Scholars of Distinction program recognizes student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.9 or higher through the first semester of the 2020-21 academic year.
Among Division II schools, ESU registered the third most honorees. Only Slippery Rock (12) and IUP (11) posted more student-athletes on the list.
The 10 ESU student-athletes that were named to the NFHCA Scholars of Distinction include:
