COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) announced its 2025 Division II National Academic Squad, naming 25 Warriors to the team, the most across all three division levels.
The NFHCA recognizes more than 441 outstanding undergraduate athletes from 34 institutions. Sponsored by OPA Winning Teams, the NFHCA National Academic Squad program honors undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher through the fall semester, nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.

The 25 selections were the most of any team in Division II, with the PSAC the most-represented conference, accounting for 35.5% with 158 athletes. ESU was one of four Division II teams with at least 20 athletes named. Across all three Division levels, ESU was tied for the most honorees, with Ithaca College, Middlebury College, and Springfield College, all Division III institutions, all having 25 athletes honored as well.
