EAST STROUDSBURG – For the first time in 729 days, the East Stroudsburg University men's and women's track & field returns to Koehler Fieldhouse as they host the 22nd Annual DeSchriver Invitational on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m.

Due to the current pandemic, we will not be allowing any outside spectators into or around the facility. ONLY ESU COMPETING STUDENT-ATHLETES are permitted two (2) guests on a pass list. Their names must be present on the guest list 72 hours prior to the start of the meet. Check-in will be at the table to the right of the information desk.

Last Time Out
The Warriors competed at Bucknell for the second consecutive week and were highlighted by freshman Elizabeth Makar breaking her own school record in the shot put with a throw of 14.35m on her way to a first place finish. ESU also recorded a PSAC qualifying time in the 800m with Austyn Hamilton clocking a time of 1:58.15.
Conference Honors
After her record breaking performance, Makar was named the PSAC Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week for the first time in her career. The Oxford, Pa. earned the first weekly award for ESU since Me'Saj Closs won PSAC Track Athlete of the Week on Jan. 21, 2020.

ESU is back on the road the following week with a trip to the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Friday for the FastTrack National Qualifier beginning at 2 p.m.
