EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. -- The East Stroudsburg University track and field program had six athletes selected to compete at the 2026 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships, held at Welch Stadium in Emporia, Kansas from May 21-23.

Men's Qualifiers 

Anthony Voto will begin competition for ESU on May 21 at 12:30 p.m. in the hammer throw. Voto enters as the sixth seed with a school record mark of 66.77m (219 feet, 1 inch). He will also compete in the shot put on May 23 at 3:45 p.m., where he is seeded 17th with a mark of 17.59m (57 feet, 8 ½ inches), which ranks third all-time in program history. 

Jalen Cook is set to compete in the high jump on May 22 at 3:30 p.m. Cook is seeded third after clearing a conference record height of 2.19m (7 feet, 2 ¼ inches). 

Luke Stevenosky will compete in the javelin on May 23 at 12:00 p.m. Stevenosky enters as the second seed with a school record throw of 71.86m (235 feet, 9 inches).

Nasir Heard qualified for the triple jump and is seeded 14th with a mark of 15.28m (50 feet, 1 ¾ inches), which ranks third all-time at ESU. Heard will compete on May 23 at 2:15 p.m. 

Women's Qualifiers 

Shannon Harnett qualified in both the triple jump and high jump. She will compete in the triple jump on May 22 at 4:45 p.m. and the high jump on May 23 at 3:15 p.m. Harnett enters seeded 12th in the triple jump with a school record mark of 12.40m (40 feet, 8 ¼ inches) and sixth in the high jump with a clearance of 1.74m (5 feet, 8 ½ inches), which ranks fourth all-time at ESU. 

Porschia Bennett also qualified in the high jump and is seeded 16th with a mark of 1.73m (5 feet, 8 inches). 

Last Time Out 

At the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships, the Warriors sent eight athletes to compete across seven events. Bennett placed third in the high jump, while Harnett placed 16th. Voto placed 14th in the hammer throw and Stevenosky placed seventh in the javelin.
