EAST STROUDSBURG – Trailing 1-0 in the sixth minute, the East Stroudsburg University men's soccer team rallied for a pair of second half goals to lift ESU over Felician, 2-1, on Thursday evening inside Eiler-Martin Stadium.

Nathan Bradway equalizing the game and
Pieter Neerhof heading in a corner kick off from Bradyway for the eventual game-winning in the 68th minute.
The Warriors (1-0) begin the 2022 season with a victory, marking the fourth consecutive season with a campaign opening win. The Golden Falcons (0-1) drop to 0-1 on the young season.

- Also registering an assist was Stelios Melekos, who provided the helper on the Warriors' first goal of the contest.
- Warrior goalkeeper and true freshman Brayden Evans made an impressive seven saves after allowing an early goal in his debut.
- Bradway and Abdullah Nuredini each registered a pair of shots on goal to lead the team.
- Felician led 13-11 on shots and 8-8 on shots on goal. The Warriors held a 7-6 advantage in corner kicks.

How it Happened
- 64' | Melekos received a pass from Bradway, who dribbled for a few moments before crossing back to the Wynnewood, Pa, native. With a defender on him, Bradway was able to maintain possession in the box before rocketing a close shot above the Felician goalkeeper's outstretched arms for the game-tying goal.
- 68' | Off a corner kick from Bradway, Neerhoff was positioned perfectly on the far side of the net, as the native of the Netherlands headed a shot to the right, past the goalkeeper for the game-winning goal.
