BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – In PSAC East action, the East Stroudsburg University men's soccer team suffered a 2-0 loss to Bloomsburg on Saturday evening inside Steph Pettit Stadium.
The Warriors are now 3-6, 2-2 in conference action in 2022. The Huskies improve to 6-2-1, 2-1-1 in PSAC East action.
Bloomsburg posted a goal in each half, with Patrick Walsh posting a goal in the 25th minute, while Sammy Ames added an insurance goal in the 62nd minute of play. Adding assists Ames and Stephen Hollis

How it Happened
- 25' | Stephen Hollis gathered possession and sent a deep pass to the far-side of the net. Ames was able to get a head on the pass, as Patrick Walsh would settle the ball with his chest and bicycle a shot into the back of the net with an impressive shot.
- 62' | On a free kick deep in the Husky offensive zone, Ames fired a near perfect shot that just beat the diving ESU goalkeeper, hit the post and ricocheted into the net.
