LOCK HAVEN – East Stroudsburg University field hockey senior forward Madison Kline has been honored as the PSAC Athlete of the Week, announced by the league office on Tuesday. 

Kline paced the Warriors offensively in a 5-0 victory at Adelphi last Wednesday, recording five points on a pair of goals and an assist. Through the first six games, the senior is tied for first on the team in assists (8) and is second in goals (3) as well as points (8).

The Oley, Pa. native earns Athlete of the Week honors for the first time in her ESU career and is the second Warrior this season to receive a weekly award (Olivia Breen – Sept. 6).

ESU heads to Molloy this afternoon for their makeup game against the Lions at 4 p.m. from Cedar Creek Park.
