SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – AJ Rivera's first career goal in the 11th minute proved decisive, leading the East Stroudsburg University men's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over Shepherd on Saturday afternoon at the Shepherd Soccer Complex.
With the win, the Warriors improve to 4-4-2 overall and 2-3-1 in the PSAC East, moving within two points of Millersville for the final PSAC playoff spot. The Rams (3-7-2, 1-5 PSAC) dropped their fourth consecutive match.
