BETHPAGE, N.Y. – Led by four top-10 finishes and six in the top 15, the East Stroudsburg University men's cross country team took first place at the Panther Invite on Friday afternoon.
Bryce Keenoy (2nd – 25:50.60), Landon Boyle (3rd – 26:01.20), Evan Wooby (5th – 26:22.90), and Brian McGarrity (6th – 26:23.30) all finished in the top 10, pacing the Warriors.
Freshmen Nicholas Gdowik (11th – 26:48.00) and Joe Walker (13th – 27:00.00) were not far behind, securing the title for ESU.
All seven Warriors finished in the top 50 percent of the 8K race, which featured 109 runners.
