EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – Throwers Cole Gorham and Anthony Voto will represent the East Stroudsburg University men's track and field team at the 2025 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships, held at the Fall Creek Pavilion in Indianapolis.
Junior Anthony Voto will compete in the weight throw on Friday, March 14, at 3:30 p.m. as the No. 14 seed with a season-best mark of 19.66 meters (64 feet, 6 inches), which earned him the PSAC indoor championship in the event.
Voto is the fourth Warrior to compete in the weight throw at the indoor championships, joining Russ McGeehan (1997), Paul Wagner (2009, 2010) and Travis Toth (2014, 2016).
Senior Cole Gorham is the No. 4 seed in the shot put and will compete on Saturday, March 15, at 3:30 p.m. His best throw this season is 18.60 meters (61 feet, 0.25 inches). Coming off his second PSAC indoor championship in the shot put, Gorham becomes the program's first multi-qualifier in the event at the indoor championships.
Last season, he became just the second Warrior to qualify in the shot put since Dominic Walton, who was set to compete in 2020 before the event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The top eight will earn First Team All-America recognition, while the next four finishers will receive second team honors.
