East Stroudsburg University Names New Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach, Regan Allsop

EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa – East Stroudsburg University is proud to announce the hiring of Regan Allsop as the new Assistant Coach for the Women's Soccer Program. A seasoned and highly skilled coach with an extensive background in goalkeeper development, Allsop brings a wealth of expertise to the Warriors' soccer program.

In her role, Coach Allsop will be responsible for leading and mentoring ESU's goalkeepers, focusing on enhancing their technical skills, game awareness, and overall performance. With a proven track record of training elite-level goalkeepers at the collegiate and club levels, Allsop is poised to make an immediate impact on the team's success.

"We are thrilled to welcome Regan Allsop to the ESU Women's Soccer family," said Meagan DeWan, Head Coach of Women's Soccer at ESU. "Her deep knowledge of goalkeeper training, combined with her passion for developing student-athletes, will be invaluable in helping our team reach new heights. We look forward to seeing the positive influence she will have on our goalkeepers and the program as a whole."

Coach Allsop comes to ESU after her admirable playing career at West Chester University, where she helped the team to several successful seasons as a Golden Ram. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes a combination of technical precision, mental toughness, and leadership on and off the field.

ESU Women's Soccer has a storied history of success in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), and with the addition of Coach Allsop, the program is poised to further solidify its reputation as one of the top teams in the region.
