LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced its weekly honors following the final week of regular season games, with Warrior Sarah Davenport earning PSAC East Pitcher of the Week for the fifth time this season after another dominant performance.

The Hillsborough, N.J. native went a perfect 3-0 on the week, earning wins against West Chester on Tuesday, Bloomsburg on Friday, and Mansfield on Sunday. Across 21 innings pitched, Davenport struck out 39 batters and posted a flawless 0.00 ERA. On Tuesday, she broke the school record for most shutouts in a single season, and on Sunday, she surpassed Paige Zigmund's record for most wins in a season.

The Warriors capped off the regular season with a 6-0 run to claim their third consecutive PSAC East regular season title. ESU now turns its attention to the playoffs, which begin Wednesday, April 30 and run through May 3 in Quakertown, Pa. The Warriors will face the winner of the IUP vs. Shippensburg matchup in their opening game.
