EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — East Stroudsburg University senior Cole Gorham has been named to the 2025 PSAC Winter Top 10 for his combined excellence in athletics and academics, the conference announced Wednesday.

In a season that saw Gorham reset the record books and rack up accolades, one of the most prestigious is his selection to the PSAC Winter Top 10 following an unforgettable indoor campaign.

The PSAC Top 10 program, established in the 1997–98 academic year, recognizes men and women who excel in both the classroom and athletic competition. Winter Top 10 honorees must participate in men's or women's basketball, swimming and diving, indoor track and field, or wrestling.

Gorham, a physical and health education major, holds a 3.56 GPA heading into the spring of his senior year.

In the throwing circle, he just wrapped up one of the most dominant indoor seasons in conference history.

Gorham repeated as the PSAC shot put champion, claiming back-to-back indoor titles. The Kingston, Pa. native was instrumental in helping the Warriors finish second overall at the PSAC Indoor Championships.

At the 2025 NCAA Division II Indoor Championships, Gorham launched the second-farthest throw in PSAC history, finishing as the national runner-up with a mark of 18.76 meters (61 feet, 6.75 inches).

Throughout the indoor season, Gorham captured first place at five different meets, breaking his own school record multiple times.

And he's not done yet. Gorham has already recorded NCAA provisional marks in both the shot put and discus during the outdoor season.
