Warriors Reload: ESU Volleyball Primed for a Fierce 2025 Campaign With Depth, and Drive

6/26/2025 1:49:00 PM

EAST STROUDSBURG, PA – As the fall of 2025 approaches, anticipation is building around East Stroudsburg University's women's volleyball program. With a well-balanced schedule featuring regional powerhouses, pivotal conference matchups, and home-court opportunities at Koehler Fieldhouse, the Warriors are set to embark on what promises to be a compelling campaign in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC).

The regular season begins with a four-match road slate in Colchester, Vermont, where ESU will face Bentley and Saint Michael's on September 5, followed by contests against Franklin Pierce and nationally recognized Nebraska at Kearney on September 6. These early-season tests will provide immediate insight into the Warriors' readiness and resilience.

On September 12–13, the team travels south to Charleston, West Virginia, to continue non-conference play against Glenville State, Charleston, West Virginia State, and Point Park. The weekend will include both traditional road and neutral-site formats, offering a diverse competitive environment ahead of the team's return to East Stroudsburg.

The Warriors will make their long-awaited home debut on September 19, beginning a three-match homestand that includes Southern New Hampshire, Queens, and Georgian Court. This stretch will serve as a crucial checkpoint for developing team chemistry and establishing momentum heading into conference play.

PSAC action begins in earnest on October 3 when Millersville visits Koehler Fieldhouse. The early October home weekend concludes with a match against West Chester the following afternoon. The Warriors will then be tested on the road with consecutive away matches at Shippensburg, Shepherd, Lock Haven, and Bloomsburg.

As the season reaches its critical phase, ESU returns home to host Kutztown, Lock Haven, and Bloomsburg between October 24 and November 1—matches that could carry significant postseason implications. The final stretch of the regular season includes road trips to Millersville and West Chester, before the Warriors conclude at home with Senior Weekend against Shippensburg (November 14) and Shepherd (November 15).

With a strategic mix of non-conference and PSAC opponents, the 2025 schedule presents East Stroudsburg with numerous opportunities to rise in the standings and compete for postseason positioning.
