LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- After capturing the 2025 PSAC Championship title, the East Stroudsburg University women's volleyball team was tabbed third in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East Preseason Poll, released Thursday afternoon. 

The Warriors enter the 2026 season following an impressive 27-6 overall record and a 13-1 mark in PSAC East play. ESU went a perfect 13-0 at home last season while capturing the PSAC East regular season title. 

The Warriors will be led by first-year head coach John Forman, who has over 20 years of coaching experience across all three levels in the NCAA. Despite graduating Anna Coulter, a three-time PSAC East Athlete of the Year and All-American, the former Warrior will remain with the program this season as an assistant coach. 

East Stroudsburg will open the 2026 season at the Fairmont State Volleyball Classic on Friday, Aug. 28 at 7:00 p.m. The Warriors home opener will be on Tuesday, Sept. 8 at 7:00 p.m. against Holy Family.
