East Stroudsburg, PA — The East Stroudsburg University field hockey team is proud to welcome its full class of 2025 newcomers, consisting of nine exceptional freshmen student-athletes. Representing a range of hometowns and playing styles, this incoming group brings a powerful combination of competitive experience, academic excellence, and future ambition to the Warriors program.
Ava Arbakov (Levittown, PA)
A four-year varsity starter and senior captain at Neshaminy High School, Arbakov tallied 27 goals and 38 assists while leading her team to seven consecutive SOL Patriot League championships and postseason berths. Her recognitions include First and Second Team All-League selections, Bucks County Courier Times Player to Watch, and the USMC Distinguished Female Athlete Award. She will major in Biology/Pre-Med and aspires to become a pediatrician.
Izzy Buehler (Temple, PA)
Joining from Oley Valley High School, Buehler is a left midfielder/forward known for her championship pedigree. She earned First Team honors in 2023–24 and 2024–25 and was named All Defensive Player of the Year. Her teams achieved county, district, and state titles. Izzy will major in Finance with a minor in Business.
Aubrey Wilinsky (Reading, PA)
A versatile player from Muhlenberg High School, Wilinsky covered forward, midfield, and defensive roles. She was named All Division First Team in 2023 and earned Honorable Mention in 2022 and 2024. Academically, she ranked in the top 10% of her class and will study Chemical Biotechnology: Pre-Pharmacy through ESU's Honors Program.
Lisa Pasman (Houten, Netherlands)
Pasman adds international depth to the roster as a forward from Lek en Linge High School in the Netherlands. Coached by Laurence Koch, she brings tactical awareness and European training to the Warrior attack.
Piper Patrick (Elizabethtown, PA)
A four-year varsity starter at Elizabethtown Area High School, Patrick earned Second Team All-State honors, three First Team Lancaster Lebanon League selections, and MVP recognition at the LL-League Senior All-Star Game. She will pursue a degree in Nursing with plans to become a physician assistant.
Grace Staples (Sciota, PA)
Staples played forward for Stroudsburg High School, earning EPC Second Team and PIAA All-State Honorable Mention while serving as team captain and leading goal scorer. Her academic achievements include High Honor Roll and the Rotary Leadership Award. She will major in Criminal Justice.
Kylie Moore (Phoenixville, PA)
Moore, a midfielder from Phoenixville High School, was named Team MVP and earned First Team All-Division honors. She helped her team capture the PAC Frontier Division title and plans to major in Early Childhood Education, aiming to teach and coach field hockey.
Delaney Greene (Newport, PA)
Greene, a mid/defender from Newport High School, contributed to postseason runs including Elite Eight and Final Four appearances. She was a two-time First Team Tri-Valley All-Star and four-time Distinguished Honor Roll recipient. She will study Psychology.
Nicole Conklin (Cicero, NY)
Conklin joins from Cicero North Syracuse High School, where she earned First Team All-League status all four years and scored 35 career goals with 12 assists. Her team captured multiple league, sectional, and regional titles, including a 2022 state runner-up finish. Nicole will major in Biology and pursue a career in medicine.
Together, these nine freshmen form a dynamic and accomplished incoming class at East Stroudsburg University. The coaching staff is eager to integrate their talent and character into a program built on tradition and ambition.
