SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. -- The East Stroudsburg University men's track and field team competed at the Mid-Week Bonanza hosted by Shippensburg University on Thursday. The Warriors added one additional automatic PSAC qualifying mark and won four events, while producing multiple top-10 performances.

Track Highlights
Miguel Charlery placed sixth in the 100m with a PSAC mark of 10.63.
Mark Jackson won the 400m with an NCAA provisional mark of 47.55, moving him to second all-time. His time broke the meet record of 48.30 set in 2017.
Jayden Johnson placed second in the 400m with a PSAC mark of 48.07.
Raqeeb Somoye won the 110m hurdles in a time of 14.56, which is tied for fifth all-time. Somoye also placed second in the 400m hurdles with a PSAC mark of 54.87.
Field Highlights
Peter Stanislavsky won the high jump with a PSAC mark of 2.00m (6 feet, 6 ¾ inches), while Albert Morton earned an automatic PSAC qualifying mark of 2.00m (6 feet, 6 ¾ inches) with his second place finish.
In the pole vault, Chris Costa placed sixth with a PSAC mark of 4.55m (14 feet, 11 inches).
ESU claimed the top three spots in the triple jump. Nasir Heard won with a mark of 15.28m (50 feet, 1¾ inches), which ranks third all-time and is an NCAA provisional mark. His mark also broke the meet record of 15.15m set in 2019. Jaden Johnson placed second with a mark of 14.73m (48 feet, 4 inches), which is tied for eighth all-time and is also an NCAA provisional mark. Jayden Brown placed third with a PSAC mark of 14.62m (47 feet, 11¾ inches).
Jalen Gaymon placed ninth in the shot put with a PSAC mark of 15.28m (50 feet, 1 ¾ inches).
