LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- East Stroudsburg University men's track and field athlete Nasir Heard was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Field Athlete of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
Heard earned the honor after his standout performance at Shippensburg University's Mid-Week Bonanza on Thursday. Heard won the triple jump with a mark of 15.28m (50 feet, 1 ¾ inches), which is third all-time and an NCAA provisional mark. His mark also broke the meet record of 15.15m set in 2019.
