SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. -- The East Stroudsburg University track & field teams delivered a strong opening performance at the 2026 PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, highlighted by two podium finishes.
Men's Highlights
Anthony Voto defended his title in the hammer throw with a mark of 62.46m (204 feet, 11 inches), securing his third All-PSAC honor in the event.
Jalen Gaymon finished 11th in the hammer with a mark of 46.62m (152 feet, 11 inches).
Landon Boyle recorded a ninth-place finish in the 10,000m with a time of 31:49.98, while Ethan Holcomb placed 12th in 32:10.95.
Women's Highlights
Sarah Williams earned a podium finish in the 10,000m, finishing in 37:22.22. Her time ranks 10th all-time in ESU history and also broke the freshman record that was set in 2010 by Rose Mascoli (37:29.93). Kiera Wimbush placed 15th with a time of 38:48.88.
In the hammer throw, Bailey Grassmann finished eighth (43.19m, 141 feet 8 inches), while Emily Edelman placed 15th (41.11m, 134 feet 10 inches).
Through four events in the heptathlon, Aoife McAuley stands in 12th place with 2,374 points.
