EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. -- For the fourth consecutive season, the East Stroudsburg University softball team was selected to compete in the 2026 NCAA Division II Softball Tournament. ESU earned the second seed in the Atlantic Region and will host a four-team, double-elimination tournament this weekend in one of two, four-team regional pods.
The Warriors will face the seventh seed, Fairmont State, scheduled for Thursday, May 14 at Creekview Park. The other two teams traveling to Creekview Park are third-seeded Kutztown and sixth-seeded West Chester.
In the other pod, top-seed and PSAC Champion, Shippensburg, will host eighth-seeded Claflin, fourth-seeded Glenville State, and fifth-seeded Charleston (WV).
Winners of the two pods will meet in the Super Regional for a best-of-three game series on Thursday, May 21, and Friday, May 22, at the highest remaining seed for a trip to Chattanooga, Tenn.
