BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- The East Stroudsburg University softball team dropped a 7-2 decision to No. 23 Shippensburg on the third day of the 2026 PSAC Softball Tournament. The #3E Warriors will return to action in an elimination game this afternoon at 3:00 p.m. against the winner of game 16.

Delaney Ridgell totaled two hits and an RBI, while Tulana Mingin, Katie Master, and Marissa Perez each added a hit.
How it Happened
In the top of the second, Master launched a home run to centerfield for the 25th home run of her career, giving ESU an early 1-0 lead.
Shippensburg responded in the bottom of the inning, tying the game with an RBI single to left center. The Raiders extended their lead to 3-1 with a two-run homer to left field in the third before adding back-to-back RBIs in the fourth, 5-1.
Perez opened the fifth inning with a single to left field and later scored on Ridgell's RBI single to cut the deficit to three.
The Raiders responded in the bottom of the fifth with a two-run home run to centerfield, making the score 7-2.
