PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- The East Stroudsburg University field hockey team extended its winning streak to six games with a 3-0 road victory over Pace on Wednesday evening.
The Warriors held a 27-6 advantage in shots over Pace, including 17 shots on goal. After a slow first half, ESU came out strong in the second half, recording 20 shots compared to the Setter's one.
Maddie Moline opened the scoring at the 4:57 mark and was assisted by Megan Rafter. Elaiana Rivera-Lagalla added two goals at 38:30 and 58:28 to help the Warriors secure the 3-0 victory. Rafter recorded her second assist of the game on Rivera-Lagalla's goal in the third quarter.
