2024–25 Highlights: Zephyr Crestwell proved himself as a steady force in East Stroudsburg’s mid-sprint crew, hitting the ground running during the indoor campaign. He opened with a strong 7th-place finish in the 500m at the West Point Open in 1:08.52, while also helping the 4x400 relay team claim 1st place with a time of 3:24.20.

He followed up with a breakout moment at the DeSchriver Invitational, surging to 2nd place in the 400m with a season-best indoor time of 51.23. Crestwell continued to post solid marks through the outdoor season, landing 4th at the WCU Last Chance Meet in 52.28, and grabbing 8th at Shippensburg with a sharp 51.02.

Across both seasons, Crestwell brought consistent energy to relay squads and steadily dropped his individual times — including a 50.72 finish for 9th place at Monmouth. Whether splitting a leg in the 4x400 or grinding through a deep 400m field, Zephyr brought grit, poise, and a quiet determination that helped lift ESU’s sprint depth all year long.
