2024–25 Highlights: Ryan Ditty shined as a key leg in East Stroudsburg’s 4x400 relay squad and showed impressive range across the 200m and 400m. He launched his season strong with a 1st-place finish in the 400m at DeSchriver, clocking 50.44, and backed it up with a 2nd-place finish at West Point. Indoors, Ditty stayed hot — helping ESU snag 2nd in the 4x400 at PSACs and 1st at West Point, where he played a vital role in keeping relay momentum alive.

Outdoor season brought even more highlights. Ditty sped to 48.62 for 1st place at the WCU Last Chance Meet, marking his fastest 400m time of the year. He also grabbed 4th in the 400m and 6th in the 200m at the All-American Invitational, showcasing his versatility in both distances.

In team events, he powered the 4x400 to a 1st-place finish at the Delaware Invitational (3:17.79) and helped secure podiums at Monmouth, PSU, and PSAC Indoors, always bringing steady legs and competitive fire to the squad.
