2025 Season Highlights: Lewis carved out an electric 2025 campaign as a true multi-event standout for East Stroudsburg. A specialist in the
110m hurdles, contributor in the
400H and relays, and a competitive presence in
short sprints and jumps, he made his mark both indoors and out.
Outdoor season saw Lewis dial in consistently sharp 110H performances, with standout wins at the WCU Last Chance (15.25), All-American Invitational (15.13), and Delaware Invitational (14.57). At the PSAC Championships, he surged to a 4th-place finish in 14.59, notching his season’s top mark in a deep finals field.
In the longer hurdles, he clocked 56.18 for 2nd at WCU, and contributed in the 4x100 relay — helping ESU to top-6 finishes across Penn Relays, PSACs, and multiple invitationals, including a strong 41.68 prelim leg at PSACs.
Indoors, Lewis was a consistent threat in the 60H, peaking with a 4th-place final at PSACs (8.36) and top-three finishes at Ramapo and West Point. His sprint speed showed up with a 6.68 in the 55m at DeSchriver and 7.26 in the 60m earlier in January. He also demonstrated range with a 20' 10.75" long jump at DeSchriver and leg work in the 4x400.
