Acrobatics & Tumbling Concludes Inaugural Season at Kutztown

KUTZTOWN – The East Stroudsburg University acrobatics and tumbling team wrapped up its inaugural season by dropping a 219.750-206.295 decision to fellow PSAC member Kutztown on Friday night inside the Keystone Arena.

ESU recorded their highest score of the year and in the 200's for the second consecutive meet to finish 2-5 overall on the season.

How It Happened

- The Warriors opened the meet with a 29.90 in the Compulsory Event, with a high score of 9.50 in the Toss Heat.

- ESU recorded a total of 24.15 in the Acro Event which included a high score of 8.70 in the 7 Element.

- The Warriors totaled a 25.10 in the Pyramid Event, with a best score of 9.50 in the Open Heat to give them a total of 79.15 going into the break.

- In the Toss Event, ESU recorded a score of 27.30 after scoring a 9.15 in both the Synchronized and Open Heats.

- ESU scored a 39.975 in the Tumble Event after notching a best score of 8.325 in the Open Pass

- The Warriors wrapped up the meet with a 63.47 in the Team Event
