FROSTBURG, Md. – Following their trip across the Pacific Ocean, the East Stroudsburg University acrobatics and tumbling team dropped a tri-meet to No. 12 Frostburg State and Saint Leon on Sunday afternoon inside Bobcat Arena.

The Warriors drop to 0-3 early in the season while the Bobcats moved to 2-0 with the sweep of both teams. The Lions moved to 1-2 on the year with the split.

How it Happened

• ESU got the meet underway by scoring 29.70 in the Compulsory, which included a 9.05 in the Pyramid Heat
• The Warriors returned for the Acro Event, registering 25.15 points after posting an 8.75 in the 5 Element
• At the break, the Warriors totaled 80.20 points following a score of 25.35 in the Pyramid
• After the break, ESU notched 23.85 points in the Toss with a high score of 8.55 in Heat 3 (Open)
• ESU totaled 41.125 points in Tumbling Event after recording scores of 7.050 (Duo Pass), 5.650 (Trio Pass), 5.550 (Quad Pass), 8.025 (Aerial Pass), 6.950 (6 Element Pass) and 7.900 (Open Pass)
• With a start value of 97.91 in the Team Event, the Warriors finished with 72.36 points to finish the meet with a total of 217.535
