EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — The East Stroudsburg University women's track and field team took care of business at the 19th annual All-American Meet and honored Holly Chambers, Daniella Napoli, Samiyah Little, Olivia Sforza, Elyssa Pemu and Carolina Kaczmarek during the meet for their dedication during their careers to the ESU Track and Field program.

PSAC Automatic Qualifiers

Reese Ruggiero (pole vault) added a PSAC automatic qualifying mark.

Running Highlights

Anthonette Bantamoi placed second in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 17.03.

Aaliyah Cancel won the 100 meters in 12.47. Alyssa Vogt placed third at 12.67, followed by Kristian Dorsett in fourth (12.69). LeAnn Grier finished sixth in 13.14.

Makayla Smith won the 400-meter hurdles in 1:11.82. Bantamoi ran a personal best of 1:14.30 to finish second.

Cancel picked up her second win of the day in the 400 meters, clocking 59.01. Aubrey Bonner placed fourth with a time of 1:04.84, while Lilah Matthews ran a season-best 1:06.28.

Holly Chambers finished second in the 800 meters with a time of 2:29.74. Gabriela Orama followed in third with a season-best 2:30.73. Tara Haring (2:35.73) and Marissa McDougall (2:36.64) placed sixth and seventh, respectively.

Smith ran a personal-best 26.33 in the 200 meters to finish third. Dorsett added a PR of 26.37 for fourth, and Vogt took fifth in 26.74. Bonner posted a personal best of 28.80.

Field Highlights

Porschia Bennett won the high jump with a clearance of 1.65 meters (5-5). Shannon Harnett also cleared 1.65 meters to take second. High jump coach Kairen Gaita and senior Elyssa Pemu tied for third at 1.50 meters (4-11), while Ruggiero tied for sixth at 1.45 meters (4-9).

Ruggiero placed second in the pole vault with a PSAC-qualifying and season-best mark of 3.40 meters (11-1¾). Aina Galan took third with 3.25 meters (10-8).

Harnett recorded a personal-best 5.82 meters (19-1¼) in the long jump, the 22nd-best mark in Division II and second in program history. Bennett placed third with a PR of 5.06 meters (16-7¼). Grier followed in fourth with a PR of 5.00 meters (16-5), and Pemu took fifth with a season-best 4.76 meters (15-7½).

Ruggiero capped her day with a second-place finish in the triple jump, recording a mark of 10.66 meters (34-11¾).

Olivia Sforza won the javelin throw with 37.48m (122-11). Trinity Lucas placed in the top six with 30.71 (100-9).

In the shot put, Sarah Roth threw a season's best 10.53m (34-6.75) to place second overall. To finish third, Gertrude Moenga threw a personal best of 10.36m (34-0). Bailey Grassman (8.21m, 26-11.25) was sixth.

Fiona Engleman took sixth place in the discus by throwing 28.31m (92-1).

Samiyah Little won the hammer throw with 53.35m (175-0). Roth came in second with a personal best 44.66m (146-6). Grassman would add a personal best of 43.40m (142-4) to finish in third place.
