EAST STROUDSBURG, PA — East Stroudsburg University will host a Middleweight (165 lbs) and Heavyweight (285 lbs) Wrestling Prospect Clinic for high school athletes in grades 9 through 12 on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Koehler Fieldhouse. The event is open to the first 80 registrants and will feature top-tier instruction, collegiate exposure, and campus engagement for aspiring student-athletes.
The clinic, priced at $110 per participant, includes two technical sessions led by nationally accomplished guest clinicians, a campus tour, lunch, and a commemorative t-shirt. Participants will have the opportunity to train in ESU's wrestling facility, located at 213 Smith Street, and learn from standout collegiate wrestlers and coaches.
Guest Clinicians Include:
- Zach Rey – NCAA Division I National Champion (285 lbs), 3x All-American, Assistant Coach at Lehigh University
- Michael Raccioppi – 2x NCAA Division II All-American (174 lbs), Assistant Coach at Minisink Valley High School
- Layton Schmick – NCAA Division II National Qualifier (285 lbs), 3rd Place Finisher – Pennsylvania State Championships
Clinic Schedule:
- 10:00 AM – 10:25 AM: Check-In
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Session I
- 12:45 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch
- 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Campus Tour
- 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Session II
Required Items:
- Change of clothes for both sessions
- Hygiene supplies (towel, soap, etc.)
- Water bottle
