LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- Following an impressive performance at the West Point Invitational on Jan. 10, the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) announced Tuesday that Riley Trentwoski was named the PSAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.
Trentowski took first in the mile with an automatic PSAC qualifying time of 5:00.23. The sophomore from Rocky Point, N.Y. ran a personal best with her time ranking second in program history. With this time, she ranks first in the conference and second in the region.
Trentowski was also a part of the 4x400m relay that placed third with a time of 4:09.83.
The Warriors return to action in Lewisburg, Pa., when ESU competes at the Gulden Invitational hosted by Bucknell on Jan. 24.
