SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. -- The East Stroudsburg University women's track and field team opened the outdoor season at the Keystone Challenge, earning eight automatic PSAC qualifying marks.

Track Highlights
Aaliyah Cancel won the 400m with an automatic PSAC qualifying time of 57.09, which also ranks fifth in program history.
Eyinah Smith placed ninth in the 400m with a time of 1:04.04 and finished fifth in the 100m hurdles, earning an automatic PSAC qualifying mark of 15.43.
Makayla Smith won the 100m hurdles with an automatic PSAC qualifying mark of 14.84.
In the 800m, Morgan Salmon led the Warriors with a fifth place finish in 2:26.71.
Riley Trentowski posted an automatic PSAC qualifying time of 4:50.95 in the 1500m. Sarah Williams finished fifth in 4:59.65, while Carla Bautista placed 11th in 5:03.79 to round out ESU's top finishers.
The 4x400m relay consisting of Bautista, Hannah Skelly, Gabriela Orama, and Mia Sisilli placed third with a time of 4:21.12.
Field Highlights
In the pole vault, Reese Ruggiero earned an automatic PSAC qualifying mark after clearing 3.40m (11-01.75).
Gabriela Pifano took second in the shot put with an automatic PSAC qualifying mark of 12.63m (41-05.25), which ranks seventh all-time.
Zianna Dobson set a new freshman record in the discus with an automatic PSAC qualifying mark of 41.97m (137-08). She also won the javelin with an automatic PSAC qualifying mark of 40.71m (133-07). Her discus mark ranks second all-time, while her javelin mark ranks seventh all-time.
Bailey Grassmann took second in the hammer throw with a best mark of 41.65m (136-08).
