SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. -- The East Stroudsburg University women's track and field team competed at the Mid-Week Bonanza hosted by Shippensburg University on Thursday. The Warriors added two additional automatic PSAC qualifying marks, while Shannon Harnett won two events. Highlighting the day was Harnett's record-breaking performance in the triple jump, while Zianna Dobson broke the freshman record in the javelin.

Track Highlights
Alyssa Vogt placed fourth and earned an automatic PSAC qualifying mark in the 100m with a time of 12.35.
In the 400m, Aaliyah Cancel placed third with a time of 56.49, which ranks fourth all-time.
In the 100m hurdles, both Makayla Smith and Eyinah Smith hit PSAC marks. Makayla Smith finished fourth in 14.88, while Eyinah Smith's seventh place finish and time of 15.04 ranks eighth all-time.
Field Highlights
Shannon Harnett won both the high jump and triple jump, while her mark in the triple set a new school record. On her final attempt, Harnett's mark of 12.40m (40 feet, 8 ½ inches) broke her previous school record of 39-9 ¾ she set in 2025. She also recorded an NCAA provisional mark, which currently ranks seventh in Division II.
In the high jump, both Harnett and Porschia Bennett recorded NCAA provisional marks. Harnett cleared 1.74m (5 feet, 8½ inches), while Bennett placed second with a clearance of 1.71m (5 feet, 7¼ inches).
In the pole vault, Aina Galan placed third with a mark of 3.70m (12 feet, 1½ inches), while Reese Ruggiero placed fifth after clearing 3.50m (11 feet, 5¾ inches).
In the shot put, Gabriela Pifano and Emily Edelman placed third and fourth, respectively, both hitting PSAC marks. Pifano recorded a mark of 12.36m (40 feet, 6 ¾ inches), while Edelman earned an automatic PSAC qualifying mark mark of 12.16m (39 feet, 10 ¾ inches).
Zianna Dobson placed second in both the discus and the javelin. She recorded a PSAC mark of 39.39m (129 feet, 3 inches) in the discus, while her throw of 42.59m (139 feet, 9 inches) moves her to fifth all-time, sets a new freshman javelin record, and is an NCAA provisional mark.
