Prior to ESU (Nebraska): 2019 (Sophomore) Outdoor: Placed sixth in the javelin at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a mark of 203-6 (62.03m)...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round and had a throw of 182-7 (55.65m) to finish 44th...set a PR of 210-0 (64.01m) at the Texas Tech Shootout. 2018 (Freshman) Outdoor: Finished 11th at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a throw of 197-10 (60.29m) in the javelin...had a season-best throw of 198-5 (60.48m) in the javelin at the Pac-12 vs. Big Ten Invitational...placed second in the javelin at the Kansas Relays.

Background: Attended Warwick High School in Lititz, Pennsylvania...set a prep best of 208-2 (63.44m) to win the American JavFest in 2016...his mark ranked seventh in the nation among high school athletes in 2016...won the AAU Junior Olympics and Hershey Outdoor Nationals...finished third at the 2017 Pennsylvania AAA state meet
