KUTZTOWN – The East Stroudsburg University men's wrestling team wrapped up their regular season schedule by falling to 11th-ranked Kutztown, 34-6, in a PSAC matchup on Wednesday night at the Keystone Arena.
The Warriors finished the year 2-9 in dual meets and 1-6 in the PSAC while the Golden Bears move to 10-2 overall and 5-2 in the league.
Picking up victories for ESU was Bryce Parenti (5-4) at 149 lbs. with a 4-3 decision over the Golden Bears' Michael Cusick and a red-hot Luke Ciampa (11-4), who has won eight of his last nine matches. Ciampa earned a 8-3 decision over Kutztown's Sean Smith was ranked No. 6 in this week's Super Region I Coaches Rankings.
