LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The East Stroudsburg University women's track and field team delivered a strong performance at the Bison Outdoor Classic hosted by Bucknell University, earning three more automatic PSAC qualifying marks.

PSAC Qualifiers 

• Aaliyah Cancel – 200m 
• Riley Trentowski – 800m, 1500m 
• Carla Bautista – 1500m 
• Sarah Williams – 5000m 
• Zianna Dobson – Discus, Javelin 
• Gabriela Pifano - Discus 

Track Highlights 

Aaliyah Cancel placed 36th in the 200m with a PSAC mark of 25.63 and ran a 12.52 time in the 100m. 

In the 800m, Riley Trentowski placed 21st with a time of 2:13.35 and later competed in the 1500m, finishing in 4:50.80.

Carla Bautista earned an automatic PSAC qualifying mark in the 1500m, finishing 15th with a time of 4:44.71. She also competed in the 3000m, finishing in 10:35.33.

Sarah Williams earned an automatic PSAC qualifying mark in the 5000m, finishing 14th with a time of 17:58.14. 

The 4x400m relay consisting of M. Smith, Trentowski, E. Smith, and Cancel placed fourth with a time of 3:56.30. 

Field Highlights 

Zianna Dobson placed 10th in the discus with a throw of 40.50m (132 feet, 10 inches) and 12th in the javelin with a mark of 39.73m (130 feet, 4 inches), recording PSAC standards in both.

Gabriela Pifano earned an automatic PSAC qualifying mark in the discus with a throw of 39.75m (130 feet, 5 inches). She also competed in the shot put, recording a mark of 11.26m (36 feet, 11½ inches).
