2025 Season Highlights: Caden Leonard quietly emerged as one of the most efficient arms out of the bullpen in 2025, delivering nine innings across eight appearances with a sparkling 1.00 ERA. The right-hander allowed just four hits and one earned run all season while racking up 10 strikeouts against six walks.

Leonard's most extended outing came on April 22 vs. St. Thomas Aquinas, where he tossed 3.0 shutout innings, allowing just two hits and earning his first collegiate win. He also struck out three batters in a perfect inning against Mansfield (Apr. 3) and twirled clean, hitless frames against Millersville and Fairmont State in May.

While he wasn’t tested in the field, Leonard’s sharp command and ability to strand runners made him a trusted late-inning option. His ERA ranked among the lowest on the staff, underscoring his value as a poised and dependable reliever.
