FLUSHING, N.Y. – The No. 5 ranked East Stroudsburg University men's soccer team suffered a 2-1 setback to Queens College in a non-conference match on Tuesday night.
The teams traded goals in the first half with the Warriors striking first when senior
Nathan Bradway (Wynnewood, Pa.) scored high right with the assist going to sophomore
Jace Seara (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) in the 30
th minute to put East Stroudsburg ahead, 1-0.
Just 32 seconds later, the Knights tallied the equalizer on a shot by freshman Bradyn Brown (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) high left to knot the score at 1-1. Junior Miguel Soto Gonalez (Madrid, Spain) was credited with the helper.
Queens netted the game winner with just 13 seconds left in regulation as redshirt junior Tommy Gunn (Buenos Aires, Argentina) found the back of the net with the assist being credited to Soto Gonzalez.

Kevin Kretschman (Glenside, Pa.) registered two saves in the loss. Redshirt sophomore Thanasis Shehadeh (Nicosia, Cyprus) converted three saves in the win.
The Knights held a 15-9 edge in shots and had nine corner kicks to the Warriors' three.
East Stroudsburg (3-2-1 overall) next faces Lock Haven University on the road on Friday, September 26 at 3:00 p.m. Queens (3-1-2 overall) resumes conference play at home against Mercy University on Saturday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m.
